Can I share with my travel group?
Yes! Create a group in the app and share the invite code with your travel companions. Everyone can see the shared itinerary and chat together.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
The app isn't answering correctly
The AI knows about your specific ship's restaurants, activities, shows, and facilities. Try being specific: "What time does Windjammer close?" works better than "food times."
Push notifications aren't working
Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings for AI Cruise Director. Check that you have an active sailing selected in the app.
