1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AI Cruise Director ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
AI Cruise Director is an AI-powered cruise companion app that provides ship information, itinerary planning, group coordination, and an AI chat assistant. The service is available for $5 per sailing per user.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. Payment Terms
Access costs $5 per sailing, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe. Refund requests made before your sailing date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available after the sailing departure date. Cartesys LLC does not store your payment card information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse or overload the AI chat system
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI system or data
- Share your account credentials
- Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the chat or group messaging features
6. AI Disclaimer
AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify critical information — including safety procedures, medical emergencies, muster stations, and official schedules — directly with the ship's crew. AI Cruise Director is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line, including Royal Caribbean International.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, AI models, and systems comprising AI Cruise Director are the property of Cartesys LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cartesys LLC provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Inaccurate AI responses
- Missed activities, shows, or reservations
- Any aspect of your cruise experience
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App ($5).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
